About Us

We are Jeff and Morgan Rogers, a husband and wife team that have been living and working in Port Royal for the past 6 years. Jeff is a native to Naples and knows the area well. He briefly left to attend Rollins College where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science. Soon after, he decided Orlando was too cold for his blood and the Gulf of Mexico was calling him home. 

 

Morgan has lived the majority of her life in Naples as well. She earned a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies from Hodges University. She knew leaving sunny South Florida wasn’t an option as she has a strong appreciation for all things coastal.

 

In our spare time you can find us spending time with our pets or family, fishing and enjoying the waters we are so lucky to have in our back yard.

 

While our clients are in town, or back at home, leave the worry of annual maintenance, scheduling of contractors, and general upkeep up to us. 

 

Growing up and working in Naples, we have established many relationships and resources with various vendors that are needed to maintain homes of this magnitude. We provide a personal approach to maintaining each and every one of our properties, making sure you feel as though you are priority. Our clients find it useful to have a working relationship with both of us as we have assets that are helpful in even the most unusual requests such as purchasing boats and water toys to coordinating parties and events.
